“The packaging was much sturdier than normal packaging. The instructions were clear and was easy to tell how to place the unit in the boxes. The only confusion I encountered was the two smaller molded pieces that were included. There was no mention of them so I just placed them around the unit for more protection.”
“Ordered warranty packaging on line and it was received very quickly without issue. Instructions on how to pack were very clear. I quickly packed it and dropped it off at a local Fed Ex center. All very easy to do. Ratio even informed me when they received my product for repair.”
“The packaging and instructions were almost excellent. The instructions should include what to do if you filled the ratio 8 with water. Draining it isn’t easy as you’d think. Also, the plastic bag fit OK and there wasn’t instructions for the small piece of padding. So, I guessed.”
