I've only had this filter a couple weeks- still trying to get the grind and coffee amounts "right" . I had a Cuisinart - more basic - coffee maker with a gold cone filter before this, the pin holes in this basket filter seem to drain more slowly

Love the Able basket, no grounds in coffee and extremely easy to clean.

I’ve had past experiences with “gold” filters but this is sturdier and easier to clean!

I was hoping that the basket would help the water drain faster. Even after going with a more coarser grind, I still had to wait more than 10 minutes after the brewing cycle ended. At least I’m not getting coffee grounds in my pot like paper filters would do.

I like the fact that I am not using paper filters, but this doesn’t work as well as the paper. It seems to clog and pool (and I have tried different grinds. I end up having to stir the grounds (like a pour over) more often than not. It’s ok, but certainly takes away from the convenience of an auto drip.

Occasionally my paper filter would collapse during the brew. So the Able basket filter wins right out of the gate. The quality of the basket is top notch. Very happy with this decision

Almost perfect. I love that the filter helps me produce less waste. It looks great and I think my coffee tastes even better with the filter. The only problem is, it seems that water doesn’t drain through the grinds quite as quickly as I’d like since the holes are so fine. I have to let the pot sit a few minutes longer than usual to make sure all the water has passed.
