“Bought a combo of juices and smoothies. I had no choice but to go with this option because the premade options come with protein that has peanuts or almonds both of which I am allergic to. I definitely made a mistake in not first trying out the protein smoothies. They are all different levels of “not good”. The taste is just…gross. I am forcing them down because I purchased them but will definitely not do it again. I gave the three stars because the juices are all delicious. They are better than any other green juices I have had before. They are easy to drink, filling, refreshing, and just delicious.”
“My husband and I built the box based on the protein and detox plans then mixed them up for a 5-day cleanse, each. While we felt great and loved the taste of the juices, this is certainly not a sustainable weight loss plan. Despite losing 5lb in four days (148 to 143lb, for reference) within two days of normal eating, my weight was right back to normal. I'll consider using these juices in the future to supplement nutrients or for easy, on the go meals, but not for long-term weight loss.”
