“I emailed RG and asked about the discrepancies on their products between what I was supposed to get (picture 1) and what I really got (picture 2). They started talking up their product and avoided my questions. I then pointed out that they avoided my questions and asked again so they just ghosted me all together. Also, raising the sugar content of their juice and still labeling “low sugar” is deceiving and not good practice. I am now not sure of the accuracy of my tracking. I am very discouraged from this company and product now and think I deserve a better explanation and support as I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the last year, enjoy the products, and was practical and kind in my communication.”
