“I completed a low sugar 3 day cleanse. I am an active person that also goes to the gym 6 days a week. I lost 2 lbs. They were good to start on a cleanse however, juicing may not be for me. I ended up with a 48 hour migraine that started early evening on my first day. I am now on the 7 day Stay Skinny method (currently on 5th day and I gained 1 Ib.) I am following their eating plan method, which I did notice was a lot of carbs so I hope I don’t gain more weight. It may work better for other people, but it’s not much effect for me. It was nice though that I cleansed my body from all the toxins from the 3 day cleanse.”
“I love the juices but I have to be honest and say the smoothies are REALLY hard for me to get down. I have to chug and drink water to chase it. It almost leaves my stomach feeling upset. I'm not sure if it's an ingredient in all of them that makes it do this? I've now bought the lower sugar detox cleanse twice and hoped I could do better the 2nd time but they're tough. Just curious if others feel the same way?”
“The Raw Generation 3 day cleanse was easy to follow. By day three I didn't even want to drink all 6 bottles. The taste was good and I didn't get sick of them (like I have with other brands of juice cleanses) I will definaitly do it again. Glad I did the low sugar. I wouldn't have wanted them to be any sweeter.”
