“I did the 5 day low sugar cleanse that I had shipped to my house. It was super convenient. I drank 6 raw generations per day and supplemented with herbal tea, lemon water and a few crunchy vegetables (celery, radishes, and carrots). The first day was the hardest because I was eating so much less. The rest of the cleanse was great…the raw generations were delicious. I became so aware of how habitually I eat.
