“I was feeling exhausted, the circles under my eyes gave racoons a run for their money and I just genuinely didn't feel like myself. I figured a juice cleanse would be the perfect reset and let me tell you I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. First off, I LOVE to eat. I am extremely health focused but live my best life in the kitchen and food is my love language (a tad bit of an emotional eater at times). The idea of not eating made me nervous but I was beyond surprised to find that I really was not hungry at all! The juices are timed perfectly and by day 3 I found I wasn't drinking them all as my body was adjusting to a few days off of digesting. My skin has it's glow back, those dark circles packed their bags on day 2 (one way ticket outta here!) and my whole mind/body/soul feels fan-friggin-tastic. A 3-day cleanse was perfect for me length wise and I will absolutely be doing this monthly; I cannot put into words how fantastic I feel internally. Oh and weight loss...the fun surprise you may encounter when you give your body a reset? 11lbs in 3 days. ELEVEN POUNDS.

BUT AREN'T YOU GOING TO POOP A TON? Surprisingly NO - legitimately didn't have a poop issue at all. You will pee A TON but I was shocked to see that I wasn't making the bathroom my second home (even timed the cleanse to days I was home JUST IN CASE)
AREN'T YOU STARVING?! Honestly, no! I did have one night around 5pm where I was getting a bit of an energy dip and could feel a sense of hanger hitting but I followed the protocol and had some fresh fruit and a cucumber and was back at it. By the last day my body had adjusted and I couldn't even drink all of the juices I was so content - amazing!
HOW DID YOU GIVE UP COFFEE? I didn't! I am a caffeine addict so I did have LESS but I gave myself one glass of black iced coffee in the late morning/early afternoon; totally compliant in the cleanse!
HOW ARE YOU DRINKING SALADS THO? ISN'T IT NASTY? Guys - the juices are AMAZING. I will admit I am a healthy eater and am a fan of greens so I do have a leg up on that but I honestly enjoyed all of them. They all have a little something fruity (green apple, lemon) to balance out the greens.
WAS IT WORTH IT? YES, YES, YES, YES, HOLY SH*T YES - literally best money and decision I have made. I am going to do it monthly!”

“i was excited for this cleanse. I liked the low sugar option, and the juice variety sounded appealing. I drank about three the first day of my three day cleanse, and then I started to feel achy. I was not hungry, but noticed my joints hurt. this continued through the night, and i was not able to sleep. the second day, i was feeling a bit off, but kept going. again, mid day i started to feel my bones ache, specifically my knees and hips. I could not take it. i was miserable. i stopped the cleanse and have not resumed.”

“I absolutely loved this juicing program. I found it easy to do and affordable. I have been wanting to do a juicing program for some time but I didn’t want to do all the grocery shopping or juicing by hand. I have also been prone to cramping on juicing plans in the past, but it wasn’t an issue with this juicing plan. Also, having a juice every 2-3 hours worked out great for hunger management. I ordered a 3 day supply because I was having trouble fitting into a bridesmaid dress. The dress zipped up easily just in time for the wedding. I have ordered some more juice to keep on hand in the freezer just incase I need to shed a few pounds.”
