Pros:
*Comes nicely packaged. All juices were still frozen.
*Daily allotment was pl
enty to keep hunger at bay.
Cons:
*Lots of plastic waste.
*With the exception of the Vanilla Cashew (which was AMAZING), the juices were just ok tasting. The Cacao Hemp was barely drinkable. I had to mix it with the Vanilla just to get it down
*Even with 65% less sugar, this was an extremely high carb/sugar "diet". There is no way to lose real weight (not water weight) on a diet this high in sugar/carbs.
*This made me extremely bloated and constipated. I never felt "light" or had "mental clarity" or any good symptoms throughout the entire "cleanse".
*I gained weight by the end
Conclusion: These were not very good tasting (except the Vanilla Cashew), made me feel like crap, were very expensive and by the end I had gained over a pound. I personally would not recommend any cleanse like this because of the high sugar content and cost. I thought because it was liquid and fruits/veggies it would be a healthy kickstart, but with even a few minutes of research, you will find that losing weight is synonymous with lowering carbs, not increasing them.”

“Before the cleanse I was extremely bloated and just didn't feel good about myself and what I had been eating. The cleanse was amazing. Most of the flavors were good, except for the one with bell peppers and cilantro in it! I drank all 6 each day. The first day was super easy, I didn't feel hungry at all. The next few days were tougher but not unbearable by any means. The drinks were delicious. After the cleanse I felt so good. I wasn't bloated at all, I lost about 3 pounds (my bf lost 7) and my stomach was smaller (inside stomach). The days after the cleanse I was able to eat less and feel full quicker. I would definitely do this again.”
“Very tasty and very filling cleanse I could not believe that I went through the entire day and never felt ravenously hungry. My absolute favorite is the vanilla cashew. Felt amazing the next day, will definitely keep doing this every few months”

The juices taste incredible and they are so much cheaper! I love all the greenie juices and the vanilla cashew. I have to add berries to the cocao hemp as I don't like chocolate anything but would still happily order this set again!”
“The taste was fair at best. The two flavors that were yummy were of course the two with the highest calories- vanilla cashew and cacao hemp. I lost 5 lbs in 3 days but once I went back to eating a low calorie diet, I put the weight right back on within a few days.”
