I started out at 174 lbs and after a 7 day cleanse I was at 168. I lost all bloat and can even puff out my stomach without having a huge gut now.
I will say that at first not all the juices tasted good. A few tasted very “green.” By the end of the 7 days I liked the way they tasted, I was able to pick up on the subtle sweetness after day 2.

“I did not care for this cleanse & it left me hungry. I liked the milks in the cleanse, but not the juices. I did like the skinny cleanse. Those juices are much better & I was never hungry. I was disappointed in this cleanse. This was the second cleanse I did from RG. I have purchased a build a box though and am waiting on the order of Keto Shakes. I will see if those are any goos and review those as well.”

“I really liked the green juices they were all super tasty and easy to drink and left me with a satisfied feeling. The two nut milks were good I definitely preferred the vanilla over the cacao but that's a matter of taste. All products arrived super frozen which was good took a little longer than a day to completely thaw in the fridge just have to plan accordingly.”
“I absolutely love these. I actually find them addictive. They are so refreshing. Herbal citrus is my favorite but each of the veggie blends are very tasty as well. I use them as in-between meals snack. The smoothies I like to use as a meal replacement. They are so satisfying.
