“This was a great cleanse, I thought it was a rather mild cleanse vs being difficult and impossible to get through (drinks include enough calories to where you aren't starving your body for days). I maintained my weight lifting routine while cleansing for three days. I did not record weight before and after the cleanse but noticed a significant difference in bloating and overall sluggish feeling halfway through the first day. I would definitely do this cleanse again!”
Hi there! In the future, if you wanted to incorporate a light dinner of a lean protein and veggies or a salad you can absolutely do that so that you do not feel like you are starving! Also, you can have all the raw fruits and veggies you want which definitely helps with the hunger! Hope this helps!

“I was looking to get back on track and decided to try the juice. I ordered a 7 day cleanse figured i could do 3 days and them have some for laser. I was worried about the taste i did the skinny cleanse and all the juices tasted good i really enjoyed them. NOT THE SWEET ROOTS ugggh i did not like it it was very earthy although if you like beats you might like it. They leave a horrible after taste in your mouth. However I feel great Im not hungry at all i do feel the need to eat something but not because im hungry. The bathroom trips have tripped it is ridding all the water out of me. I thought i was going to be sick so i stayed home from work and i honestly felt great. I think im going to start my week off with a one day cleanse im not sure if this is recommended but im going to see how it goes. I am going to buy more and do recommend them to anyone looking to get back on track. PS. do not buy the travel pack it is not worth the amount of money you spend on it just buy more juice instead.”
