“I did the 3 day Protein Cleanse and loved it!! Every juice was brilliantly configured with only a few healthy ingredients each. I had the 3 protein juices at my usual mealtimes and the other 3 vegetable/fruit blends in between. They were so enticingly tasty and so satisfying that I felt that I was treating myself indulgently for three days; not fasting. I did get hungry in between juices, especially on the 3rd day, but it actually felt good to be hungry. During the cleanse I had great energy and was able to bike to yoga and spanish class and work in my woodshop. I lost about 5 pounds and felt great afterwards. I'm all set to do this cleanse once every 3 months. I highly recommend it.”

One of the protein drinks was not very good the peanut, coconut flax and chia seeds and dates, and unable to drink it. Due to this, I am not sure if will order again.”
