“These are very tasty. The smoothies are more filling, as expected. I prefer not to juice 100%, so I add salads and raw fruit, so I am not hungry throughout the day. I believe it's possible only to consume the juices, but I prefer to include raw foods. I always feel better after I juice; it's like a reboot to my gut and immune system.”
