“I work out every day, whether it's a group fitness class, running, lifting, or yoga, so when I was considering a cleanse, I wanted to find one that had some protein in it to maintain my activity level. This definitely did that! I did 5 days and didn't crave food until the 4th night. Did it with a friend for some solidarity which was a big help. And I was a little concerned about the sugar content (I am a dietitian), but I tried to have the juices before any activity for carb/energy sources and the protein after activity, and I think the sugar content was necessary for the level of activity I do. This was a nice reset for the first week of the new year, and I would probably do it again, once or twice a year.”
“The protein shakes do keep you full, and I rarely felt hunger, which is great. They aren’t so sweet that you can’t drink it but if you are watching macros, they are very very high in carbs and sugar. I will most likely try one of the other programs next time.”

The flavors of the juices were not pleasant, except the Vanilla Cashew (which tasted like dessert)! The juices were absolutely delicious I did get hunger pangs between eight and 10 drank a lot of water throughout the day and still had enough energy to play golf all week.
