“I have done three 3-day protein cleanses now from Raw Generation. I chose this company and the protein cleanse because I did not want to forego working out while I cleansed. While I am not running or spinning during the cleanse, I still strength train (with lighter weights or bodyweight) and walk on the 3 days. The juices are tasty and the smoothies are delicious! My favorites are peanut butter and vanilla cashew. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to reset their body!”
“This was my first juice cleanse, so I didn't know what to expect. I'm a larger person at 6' and 230 lbs., I figured that I would get hungry and have to break with the program. That wasn't the case. I have to be honest. I did not like the carrot juice. Just thinking about it turns my stomach. By day 3 , I couldn’t drink anymore juices . I ended up throwing out 3 since they had been defrosted.”
