I contacted the helpline via email and was told we’ll go start a case with fedex and then we’ll try getting you a refund. First, why would I need to contact fedex, 2nd who said I wanted a refund. I wanted a juice cleanse. The customer service was very poor and not helpful

You had said you did not receive your order, but because your tracking information says delivered without issues, you would have to be the one to contact FedEx and file the claim, since you are the party claiming you did not receive the package. Alison explained to contact FedEx and then we would send out a replacement or issue you a refund, which was your choice. We had never gotten a response or a claim number from you, so no replacement or refund was sent.
