“The chocolate is decent but the vanilla tastes awful and the peanut butter is undrinkable. They are filling but very unpleasant in flavor as a meal replacement. I didn’t end up drinking them.”

I definitely think it could keep you full the whole day but just be mindful to have something salty as well (they recommend a soup) and a little solid food. A 98% juice drink like that would cost $10 for a bottle at stores or juice shops, so I think it's a good deal I got with a subscription.”
