“I did the three day skinny cleanse. Because it was my first time I learned a couple of things. First plan for about 48 hours after receipt for the juice to thaw. The second is to always have a juice with you when away from home for over an hour so you don’t get hungry or have cravings without juice to alleviate. That scenario led me to cheating once ha! Even with that I still lost 4 lbs and feel more energized and less bloated. I started at 5’5 142 and am now at 137lbs two days after cleanse due to 4lbs lost with cleanse and continued change in habits. I highly recommend!! I am going to do the three day protein next time so I can keep working out.”
Thank you for your feedback, Lisa! Please know for the future that a lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer them to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 We're so glad you enjoyed your experience with us otherwise and we can't wait to have you back!
“First time trying RG and I jumped right into the 10 day Protein cleanse. I wanted to reset and get into some healthier habits and drop the bloat. Yes, they're all way sweeter than I anticipated. I didn't like when the juices were icy so I tried to let those defrost well first. I ended up blending them with whole kiwis and apple sometimes, for the extra fiber. The smoothies were great when icy. I blended them up with some frozen banana and got a great frappe consistency. Have most of the peanut butter still left because I didn't love it. 6 drinks a day was kind of a lot with them being so sweet. I faded off around day 8 with light veggie meals. I dropped 8-10lbs. It's been a week since and the weight has stayed off but it really did help me replace some bad habits with better habits. Eating fermented veggies and cutting out processed foods. Did short exercises throughout. 5'8, started at 160 and have been around 150-152 since. Feeling way less bloat.”
