“I did the 7-day cleanse I was amazed at how easy it was and also how good I felt by the end of the 7 days! It made meal times super easy and I didn't terribly miss solid food. When I did get the munchies, I would have some raw fruit or veggies. But that didn't happen very often, mostly when I was out with friends and I didn't want to call attention to my cleanse process.
