“I was skeptical at first but I kept seeing ads about this so I gave it a shot. It is actually very good. Taste wise and efficiency wise. I definitely think it could keep you full the whole day but just be mindful to have something salty as well (they recommend a soup) and a little solid food. A 98% juice drink like that would cost $10 for a bottle at stores or juice shops, so I think it's a good deal I got with a subscription.”
