It did take almost 2 days to defrost though, so plan ahead! I would definitely buy again.”
“These are very tasty. The smoothies are more filling, as expected. I prefer not to juice 100%, so I add salads and raw fruit, so I am not hungry throughout the day. I believe it's possible only to consume the juices, but I prefer to include raw foods. I always feel better after I juice; it's like a reboot to my gut and immune system.”
“The drinks were really tasty. I was impressed - especially with the Carrot Citrus , the Greens, and the Sweet Roots. Cashew Vanilla and Cacao Hemp were my favorites. They kept me full for most of the day. I actually couldn't drink 6 bottles in a day - more like 4-5. For a first try, this cleanse was pretty good. And I did my high-intensity workouts as usual with no feeling of weakness or lethargy. I would try this again.”
