“I have done this cleanse twice. I did the 3-day cleanse then the 5-day cleanse a couple of months later. At first, it was a bit tricky getting started but I loved the results and how I felt. I struggled A LOT with the 5-day so I probably won't do that one again but I am doing the 3-day again within the next two weeks to jump-start my health journey. I love how the protein cleanse kept me feeling full. They were all pretty good too. The only juice that I didn't love was the carrot one. Other than that, they were all better than I expected.”
