“Unfortunately, I felt like this cleanse was not right for me. As a pretty healthy person who works out 5-6 times a week and enjoys feeling strong and having energy, this cleanse pretty much drained me of any energy, and left me feeling sluggish and "foggy brained".
- The Peanut Butter smoothie tasted great, but gave me the worst stomach ache.
- The Cacao smoothie tasted great, but gave me another stomach ache.
- The other smoothies tasted great and did not upset my stomach.
- I lost 3lbs, but pretty sure it was water weight, but I'm ok with having those 3 lbs if that means I'm not sluggish and weak throughout the day.
