“I did the five day cleanse and it was great. I lost a little over 3 pounds. I probably could have lost more, but I like to get at least 50 grams of protein per day so I added in a cup of bone broth every morning and some greek yogurt at night. The shakes were all delicious and tasted like a healthier version of soft serve ice cream. Out of the three juices the green one was my favorite, followed by the orange. The beet one had a weird aftertaste, but I think that's just how beets taste. (I'd never had them before.) Overall, I really enjoyed this and plan to do it again.”
