“I wanted to reset my digestion and this definitely did that. That and the taste are the only reason I gave this more than one star. I dropped weight rapidly and was starving the whole time. I tried lifting weights and that was not possible. I went significantly lighter as the directions suggested. This was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. I will never buy these again.”

“The drinks were good. I stuck to the cleanse for 5 days and only ate a handful some fruit and unsalted almonds. Only lost 2 pounds. If you’re looking for this to help weight loss, I’d say look somewhere else. You’ll pee a lot but that’s about it. I wouldn’t do it again for the price I paid.”
