“I bought the cleanse but couldn’t really get through the day without feeling drained and tired. The drinks were pretty good but I didn’t feel full, I ended up staying on my bed most of the time and couldn’t really work out. I guess it was nice to try the cleanse but I guess it really isn’t for me. I usually workout every morning and really wanted to for this cleanse but could barely do my morning walk.”
“A waste of money for me!! I purchased the five day protein cleanse, I couldn’t get past three days do to the overwhelming amount of sugar. My blood pressure elevated because of it and I had to stop the cleanse. Also, I felt extremely bloated. I don’t see how a cleanse would have so much sugar. I gave the rest of them away. Disappointed!”

He has a fairly physically demanding job, and at times felt a bit weaker than usual running on just the juices, but he never felt hungry. He chose to drink the juices in order of highest caloric value to lowest throughout the day, which seemed to help get through his work days. Definitely was a challenge to fight the urge to snack out of habit, but overall he loved it.”
“I like this a lot. I’ve done cleanses, but that wasn’t my intention in ordering this. I have one for breakfast and another for lunch, and then (try to) prepare a healthy dinner. It helps keep me in check and provides enough variety to keep it interesting.”
