“It tasted good the first time drinking it, more difficult drinking the 2nd time around. It was really really sweet. I was having stomach issues and had a hard time finishing the protein shakes. Didn't feel like a cleanse because of all that protein. I would try all diet cleanse next time.”

“I do a juice cleanse for three days about once a year. I usually do my own juicing which is time-consuming and tedious. This was much more convenient and delicious. The next time I choose to do this I will make sure it’s during a time that I can just take it easy. I am an athlete, so this was not near enough calories And I had to add a lot of vegetables and ran out of juice in 2.25 days and felt incredibly weak. The next time I do it, I will reduce my workouts and athletic activity during the time of the cleanse. I ended up feeling pretty weak at the end of it and then got sick shortly after (a cold). Makes sense due to me going from approx a 3500 calorie intake to 2000 while still burning 3500 a day. Lesson learned. No fault of the juice cleanse which was excellent.”
