“I have never done a juice cleanse or any kind of fast so I was a bit apprehensive before starting. How hungry would I be? But I can say that my stomach never growled once over the last 3 days! All the juices & protein smoothies were very satisfying. I already drink a lot of water a day with little processed food or caffeine so I had none of the negative side effects others had such as headaches, digestion issues or skin irritations. I feel lighter, less bloated, & over all great. I lost 5 lbs but that was just a bonus to how I feel other than that. I’m definitely going to incorporate juice cleanses at least quarterly to help rejuvenate my digestion.”
“I just finished the 3-day cleanse and definitely recommend it!
This is the first cleanse I’ve done and I thought I’d be so hungry, but the protein cleanse left me satiated enough that on day 1 and day 2 I only finished 5 of the 6 bottles. I never felt hungry once during the 3 days.
By day 3, I still felt satiated but noticed lower energy while working out. This may have been a result of not finishing all the drinks the prior two days, or the volume of my workouts. I felt great during my strength training, but I am an endurance runner and felt depleted in energy on my runs. Day 1 was good and I noticed a gradual decrease on day 2 and more on day 3 (the type of energy depletion I have felt in the past from poor fueling). Granted, I was attempting to run 6-8 trail miles each day on the cleanse, so without proper nutrition, this is to be expected. I did not feel light headed, just like there wasn’t much left in the tank to run. I had no issue hiking the miles, though.
I didn’t weigh myself before and after, but noticed and felt inflammation decrease and less “blah.” I did this cleanse after about 2mo of poor nutrition due to holidays, vacation, birthdays, etc. and needing a kickstart back to strict, clean eating. I did not notice a decrease in bloat but that is likely due to my bodies response to the sugar from the fruit.
I plan on doing this cleanse again in the future.”
“The 3 day protein cleanse was amazing! I ended it with a clean gut and down a few pounds to kick start my healthy eating habits after the holidays. I work out and the smoothies were very filling where I didn’t feel lightheaded after my daily 10k walk.
I was able to complete the cleanse easily! If you are a little hungry- I smacked on nuts and fresh fruit which took the edge off but I wasn’t starving at all.”
“Just completed the 3 day protein cleanse. Provided enough calories to keep me moving through my daily workouts without bonking. Shakes and juices tasted good. I lost 4 lbs over the three days, but am going to do another round to ensure I lose a couple more pounds and keep it off. I think I will also purchase the weight loss pack to supplement a normal eating routine with healthy juice options. Would recommend trying this out.”
“I'm 29 years old, and although I'm pretty fit, I am on a weight loss journey to lose about 25 pounds. I am 5'4" and weighed about 160. I work out and lift weights about 4 to 5 times a week. I started my diet prior to getting the cleanse. Before I started the cleanse, I weighed about 151. After the cleanse, I weighed 148, but I got some of the weight back the next few days.
I also took the cleanse right after getting my wisdom teeth pulled, so I didn't even want to eat anything afterward, so the juices and protein shakes came in handy for me. But surprisingly, the juices and protein shakes tasted great. I also love that I could have aten fruit or raw veggies if i wanted something to eat (i didn't due to having my wisdom teeth pulled and my jaw being very sore). The only protein shake I wasn't a fan of was the peanut butter protein shake but I also really don't like peanut butter in the first place, so if you like peanut, you'll probably like it.
I would absolutely do another juice cleanse. I just wish I had the option to remove the peanut butter protein shakes for 3 more chocolate protein shakes.
You will obviously lose weight on this cleanse, but do expect to get some of the weight back shortly after if you are not on a low carlorie/carb diet. I am writing this review 2 weeks after my 3 day cleanse, and I am still at 148. I am happy with my progress and with the cleanse. I will probably do another one right before summer starts. “I absolutely loved this cleanse! The protein smoothies taste like dessert, which made it so much easier to stick with. I looked forward to drinking them every day! The juices were refreshing, and the balance of flavors was just right.
Instead of doing it in three days, I spaced it out over the week, and it worked perfectly for me. I never felt deprived, and the added protein kept me feeling satisfied.
My only minor complaint is the packaging—the foam inside made things a little messy. But overall, this cleanse was delicious, filling, and worth every sip! Highly recommend!”
