“I feel so good! This was the fitst time ever trying any kind of cleanse so I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't looking to lose a bunch of weight. I was just at a point where I constantly felt bloated by the end of the day and was tired of being so tired (more than I thought was normal) and feeling like I wasn't getting the most out of my workouts. So, I went with the 5 day protein cleanse because I am pretty active and loved the idea that I was still getting about the same number of calories I try to get in every day along with some protein. I would have the green juice first thing in the morning (it was the least favorite of the bunch but still not bad even after the first day), one of the smoothies as breakfast, another one after my workout, and one for dinner. The other two juices I would use as "snacks" throughout the day. I can honestly say I never felt hungry and to my surprise, even on the first day I felt like I had more energy and less brain fog. I was enjoying how much better I felt so I decided to do a 3 day cleanse and use my other two days to supplement my getting back into healthy eating. I stuck with the green juice in the mornings and a smoothie for breakfast but started to add protein, veggies, and healthy carbs or startch for my lunch and dinner and fresh fruits and veggies as snacks. I'm on day 6 and this is how it's going... I've lost 3# which doesn't sound like a lot but the way my clothes fit because I am no longer so bloated feels like a lot more than 3#. I haven't felt like I need to stop to take a nap in the middle of the day. I feel so much more productive. I not only had more energy for my workouts, but I was actually lifting a little heavier than I have in a long time. I still have a few smoothies left to use as an easy breakfast during busy school day mornings. I am so surprised and thrilled with the results I've gotten so far that my next step is to put together my own box of juices and smoothies to help maintain the way I feel now until my next cleanse. After these last 5 days, I am sold!”
“I recently purchased the protein cleanse and very pleased. The juices are delicious and the protein shakes are very filling, however for five days the protein can be a little much. I did not weigh myself but my clothes are a bit looser. I think next time ill do the skinny cleanse and add in a few protein shakes. Overall im very happy. and will be ordering more.”
