I had never done a cleanse, but was feeling like garbage with recent stress eating. I felt great throughout the 5 days! The juices were more delicious than I ever imagined! It was easy to stay full on the protein cleanse and I did not need any supplemental snacks, even on my workout days. Most days I didn't even drink the 6th bottle!

Was not hungry eny of the 5 days, in fact, wasnt easy to finish all the juices. Loved the smoothies! will be purchasing smoothis to include in my day a day.

I did the protein cleanse. Every flavor was delicious. I was able to do my regular workout schedule, and I was never hungry. I would definitely recommend this as a "reset" if you're trying to get back to healthy habits and knock off a few pounds in the meantime.

As an adult with the palette of a toddler, I was pleasantly surprised by these juices. I’ve done several juice cleanses in the past, but this was my first time trying Raw Generation and doing a 5 day cleanse. I totally expected to have to either chug or take baby sips of really bitter/tart/strong juices, but none of that! The apple really helped sweeten the juices, the smoothies were delicious, and I was satiated. I also liked that there was a cleanse designed for those who wanted to remain active.

Shakes were pretty good overall. I had to throw away all the protein shakes with hemp in them because I take drug tests for my job.

Raw Geneeration is solid, but very pricey. The other than that is odd to me is that the Protenin Cleans has less daily protein than the low-sugar cleanse, despite having higher daily calories. I woudld think having at least 60 grams of protein for the cleanse would make more sense.

I bought both the Protein Cleanse and the Stay Skinny Method. This was my first ever cleanse and I am very thankful that the juices and shakes were so tasty. Overall, I'd say I lost about 5 lbs and have since purchased the Stay Skinny again. I was not hungry between juices/smoothies and appreciated that some days I didn't need all 6. I did workout while cleansing and that was still a positive experience.
