“I like the concept of the protein method vs. a typical cleans since it is something that you can do regularly to help maintain some benefits of a cleanse but you can still eat solid foods and have energy to hit the gym and build or maintain muscle. I intend to use this method periodically for the long term”

“I like the protein method because I was not getting enough protein with the stay skinny method, however, there are only 4 protein shakes, which is not enough for me for the amount of time that I exercise. I am a fitness instructor and teach 2-4 classes a day 5 days a week. I wish there were 5 days of protein shakes and only 2 of the smoothies. I also wish the smoothies were different flavors. I don’t love the pina colada and the orange cream flavors. I was very excited to try this, but, I may have to build my own box.”
