“I did this cleanse because I wanted a reset after overindulging during my birthday week. I loved it that I got emails every day to support me on my cleanse. This was very helpful! I followed the directions and drank a glass of water after every juice. I also liked that I could eat fruits or vegetables when I missed chewing. I had a headache on day-1. Most likely from sugar withdrawal, but it went away on day-2. I also noticed that I became less hungry as the days progressed. I had 6 juices on day-1 with some berries during lunch, 5 juices on day-2 with a banana, 4 juices on day-3 with a small salad for dinner. I used my leftover juices on day-4 with each meal. I did not feel deprived, but my mind played games with me at times. I noticed how much see eating I do because the colors of fruits are appealing to me. On day-2, I remember telling myself, "You are not hungry, you are tired, go take a nap." Cleansing exposes the things you are lacking. I definitely need to set a bedtime and stick to it, because my body was telling me I needed more sleep, and I eat when I am hungry.”
