“I eat pretty healthy already but I wanted go do the cleanse to help with cravings and stress/emption eating. The juices arent bad (except the beet one. I couldn't finish those). I felt almost too full most of the time. I didnt get gassy or overuse the bathroom like I thought I would. I did get a pretty good headache by day 3 but that coukd be allergy related. Overall, I do feel better and have more awareness into my eating habits. Ill do this again.”
