“The fact that these juices arrive frozen is such an important detail. This preserves the nutrients which is the main feature of juices. You can choose to defrost the days servings or leave them as a slushie. They are delicious both ways. The juices themselves are delicious, even the green ones. The cleanse was not difficult to do at all. It helped me break the hold that sugar and processed foods have on me. I ordered another pack to use throughout the following weeks as a meal replacement or when my body is craving some good stuff.
