Not too sweet and not too tart. Very filling . I don’t crave anything because my tummy is full this has been very easy for me. I have also list 1-2 lbs each day. I also walk about 2 miles a day. Cannot wait for my next shipment.”

“It would be nice if we could return the styrofoam to be used again since it is very environmentally unfriendly. Obviously, it is already in a box that fits so it would be very easy. Recycling bins won’t take it nor will the landfill. Change it or let me return it for reuse. It is starting to pile up in my room and I don’t know what to do with it.
I don’t like ordering the product because of the styrofoam, and I don’t order near as much as I would like.”
