“It would be nice if we could return the styrofoam to be used again since it is very environmentally unfriendly. Obviously, it is already in a box that fits so it would be very easy. Recycling bins won’t take it nor will the landfill. Change it or let me return it for reuse. It is starting to pile up in my room and I don’t know what to do with it.
I don’t like ordering the product because of the styrofoam, and I don’t order near as much as I would like.”
“I’ve used the skinny cleanse mainly as a detox, and I loose in 3 days 4 pounds …this is wasn’t the point for me , because I was in need of a reset for my body (stress /pre-menopause problems related).during the cleanse I wasn’t feeling hungry at all, just the second day, and accordingly to the instructions I had berrys and a sweet potato.
After that I’m trying to eat clean and so far the weight didn’t come back (2 weeks now)…so it’s a win.”

“The basic product works ok if you can organize yourself to do it correctly. The juices are tasty enough but the thawing process is a bit tricky. In my refrigerator they don’t thaw overnight. So then you’re juggling how to get each day ready. If your timing is off you have expensive juice going bad. If not drunk on the first day then they separate. And loose nutritional value I guess. Not sure when they go bad. But I have thrown some out. I wish the juice was more stable.”
Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 Please also remember, the clock on the 24-hour timer to drink the juice does not start until there is absolutely no ice left in the bottle.
