“I couldn’t even stick to the cleanse for 1 whole day. Taste was good. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I was expecting the cleanse to clear me out but I just peed a lot. Not sure if it was all the sugar, but my face was breaking out more. I’ll have to try it again but not really wanting to due to using the restroom frequently and my acne breakouts. However I saved some money by doing auto ship. So I’ll try the protein version and see how it goes after I finish all the other days. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 three day cleanses to kickstart healthy habits but we know now it’s not sustainable for us.”
