“The juices tasted great, ended up losing 9 pound in 3.5 days. For reference I was 188 pounds starting and 5’10 female. I was able to extend the cleanse since I was only drinking 4/5 juices a day. Only thing I noticed, was I got alot of sores in my mouth due to the acidic juices. I think I was just sensitive to it but definitely recommend. I would just suggest if your sensitive drink with a straw and water down.”

“I haven’t done my cleanse yet because my delivery was delayed by a week and even a second “overnighted” delivery was a day late. The first delivery finally came but needed to be thrown away because it was melted. The second one just came yesterday. I had planned my cleanse around events I had going on and that plan is now no good. I need to figure out a new plan. For what it is worth, when I called Raw Generation for help the person was EXCELLENT! Her Customer service was great. But the entire process has been terrible since I didn’t get my delivery even close to on time. Very disappointing”

Unfortunately for us, we cannot control what these carriers do with the packages once they have possession of them. Especially this time of year, they are quite overloaded and we do see an increase in delays. “The entire cleanse was nothing but an amazing experience. The juices really kept me filled up. I did the 3 day cleanse so I followed the plan of drinking 6 juices a day and was very happy with my results. One thing I will say is that the juices definitely take longer than 48 hours to completely thaw. At least that’s what I found with my refrigerator. Not a huge problem though, I just took them out of my fridge and let them sit for about 2 hours before I drank them and they were completely thawed after that point. I lost 4 pounds by doing this cleanse, however everyone’s results may be different. The juices came literally the day after I ordered them and they were packed extremely throughly which was great! This was my first cleanse, and raw generation really made this a great and fulfilling experience. I would definitely do this cleanse again sometime in the near future!”
