“I was disappointed that the juices arrived late. When I spoke to fedex they said they accidentally left juice off truck when they got to my house. I had planned to start that day and my package didn't arrive until 7pm the following day. FedEx said they were sorry and would refund the shipping costs to raw generation. I called several times and emailed and never heard from anyone and never had any follow up. Give the choice, I would have delayed the whole shipment until I could take 3 days off again. I understand the shipping issues were outside of your control but reassurance that the product would be okay or some follow up would have been helpful. My whole cleanse was delayed because of having to start late- I wanted to do it while I was off work so the juice is still in my freezer and it arrived more or less thawed. I don't even know if it is still good.”
