“It was a pretty terrible experience. I ourchased the product through an application called Ru-la-la. Now, the original problem was the application's fault because they never told me that I had to go to the Raw website and order it directly after I purchased the product on the application. So the original problem was that the tech people from the application could not help me when I didn't receive the product in the 7-10 days until finally they realized that I had to use some voucher code to buy it from Raw. So I ordered it from Raw and it was never sent. I did send an email asking what happened to my order. No one ever answered. So about 2-3 weeks ago someone from the company calls me and tells me that I never picked up my order. I said I ordered it in April (this is now July) and it was never sent. The woman went on to say that I clicked a pick up order option, which I would've never done but maybe I did by mistake, and I said I live no where near the location to pick up, can it be sent? So she said, well I guess we can wave the shipping few for you and send it. I said, that would be nice because I would still like to try the product I paid for. Now I ordered this product in April. Why did it take until July for someone to reach out and wonder why I didn't pick it up? And on top of that, this was 2-3 weeks ago and I still have not received the product in the mail! So I wasted money on a product that I have given up hope on trying and really wanted to. And now I am getting this survey as if I received the product. Just frustrating.”
“I loved it! Didnt follow the 3 day cleanse exactly as followed due my busy work schedule (medical student) but i was able to substitute 2 juices with 2 meals each day and just that made a major difference in my energy :) cant wait to order again!”

I'm sorry for the low rating. I ordered the Skinny Elixir 30-day pack (half berry flavored and half greens), and while I am moderately satisfied with the berry flavor, I could not be less satisfied with the greens. I think I may be allergic to an ingredient in the green flavor, because every time I have tried to drink it, I have immediately gagged or thrown up. The green flavor has been absolutely undrinkable, and I have gotten sick from it numerous times.”
