“What and how much I ate was out of control. I wasn't super motivated when I started the cleanse but after I began that all changed I started with a 3 day cleanse not really believing I would finish all 3 days....However, at the beginning of day 2, I order another 7 days. I was quite surprised at how easy it was for me to give those bad eating habits "a rest". . The juices are all good...and the variety is incentive to follow through.
