“It took about two weeks to receive it. I got the 7 days cleanse. I could not finish the cleanse. The flavors are horrible i could not chock them down. I do not recommend these. I wasted a lot of money on this cleanse.”

“After doing many juice cleanses throughout the years, I was at first very excited about subscribing to the Raw Generation monthly juice cleanse delivery. Upon receival of my juice, I was extremely disappointed to see that all of the bottle of juice were 12 ounces, not the required 16 ounces per bottle. No where in the description, is it stated that the bottles are 12 ounces each. It is very difficult, almost impossible to see this in the pictures, as I was advised by the staff to do. This is extremely misleading and I felt cheated. As per my experience, for a proper cleanse, three (3) liters of juice is required a day. This is too prevent starvation, hunger pangs and the breaking of the fast. No wonder why this cleanse was so cheap, I thought to myself. I was afraid that I was crack and not withstand the seven (7) days in the insufficient amount of juice and nutrients. I surely did crack and after three days. The first 1-2 days, I had to spend more money, buying outside juices and coconut water to suffice the hunger. A proper juice cleanse, should leave your blood sugar feeling balanced, energized and your head more clear. This did the opposite. I called customer service after receiving my package and they told me that you can see on the bottles of the pictures that they are 12 ounces. To compensate, they sent me one six (6) pack of juices. This was very nice of them, but they arrived too late. By that time I had cracked. On a positive note, the juices taste very good, better than most juices out of New York. I would consider doing this cleanse again, if they change the size of each juice back to 16 ounces.”
Hi there, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We made this change over a year ago, and it was up on the website for quite some time about the new change. The change was made for a number of reasons in order to keep our customers happy. We were receiving complains of the sugar and calorie intake with the 16oz bottles, so in order to revamp the recipe and have it have less sugar and calories, yet still keep the same great taste, we did have to reduce the size. As I had noted before, the change was notated on the website for a while when we first did the change over a year ago and is still on the pictures of the bottles with the labels reading 12 fl oz. You said we had offered you a complimentary 6 pack, which we had sent out to you as quickly as we could have, I apologize for the delay in receiving it.
