“I did a 7 day cleanse. The first two days I did have some solid foods (raw veggies and a baked sweet potato) and the reminder five days I had all my juices except one night. The sugar craving was some intense I had an apple and it worked! I lost 11 pounds on the cleanse. The juices were not terrible and by day seven even the ones I wasn’t in love with went down smooth. I notice that my sugar craving is almost nonexistent now.
