“Tomorrow is my last day of my 10 day cleanse, and I felt great nearly every day of the cleanse…the first 2 days I had a mild headache in the afternoon that went away fairly quickly and without medication. I’ve had a lot more energy and have felt much more focused and productive. I drank 5 out of the 6 juices allotted for each day, so I am going to use the rest as a breakfast drink since I don’t usually eat in the morning, and these have been a good start to my day. I probably have lost some weight, but I don’t usually weigh myself so I don’t know how much. I did this not so much to lose weight but just to get back on track with healthier eating and to help stop the cravings for junk foods & sweets.
