i'm guessing that is something that guaranteed the deliver at a certain day and/or time. i never saw that when ordering. if that is what it was, then that woudl have been great to have on my order. instead i waited a week and had no idea when it was showing up.”
Hi there! You did have shipping assurance, which protects against any damages or delays in transit. Our FAQ page does state that generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days. We are based in New Jersey and we process orders first come, first serve. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. I see here you ordered on a Thursday night after 9 PM EST. Unfortunately, we can not get to your location in Texas before the end of the week (Saturday) if you order on a Thursday night, so the order was held and shipped the following Monday. According to tracking, your order was delivered promptly on Wednesday 1/10/2024. In the future, if you would like to ensure your order is delivered before the end of the week, please place your order before 1 PM EST on a Wednesday.
