“We were home when the juices arrived and they were half frozen. The last time I bought these juices, they had ice packs in the styrofoam container but this shipment didn’t. I still put them in the freezer…not sure if I should have or not but I drank them all and it was fine. Love Raw Generation juices!”
Hi there! Partial thawing in transit is normal. Especially during the summer months. As long as there is a shred of ice in the bottles, they are at the safe temperature to either consume within 24 hours or put into the freezer for later consumption. 😊
