“This is very well packed and kept frozen for a period of time however I wish they would send a text message letting you know that it has been delivered. I received a package and I was not there it had thawed out for several hours in front of my house in extreme heat it would’ve been nice to have had a text message so I could’ve come home to rescue the package”

Hi there, we apologize for any inconvenience due to the carriers. In the future, you can reach out to the carrier with your tracking number on the day of your delivery to give them any delivery instructions.
“To be totally honest, all of them were already melted. They were still cool but makes us nervous when they are supposed to be frozen upon arrival. UPS is not the best service in making sure perishables have a priority. It was delivered by UPS ground, that makes no sense since they will not make it a priority to get the delivery to us in time???? Not happy with this at all.”

Hi there! Partial thawing in transit is normal. As long as there is a shred of ice in the bottles, they are at the safe temperature to either consume within 24 hours or put into the freezer for later consumption. 😊 If your order arrived completely thawed with no ice or slush present, please reach out to our customer service department at support@rawgeneration.com and we would be happy to look into this for you!
