“Good for maintaining a good eating schedule/routine. Did not love several of the meal replacement smoothies in the stay skinny method though they were not nearly as bad as the protein drinks in the low sugar cleanse (I was a big fan of the chocolate cashew). One of the sweet greens juices in the stay skinny method seemed to give me horrible griping stomach pain and nausea that I worried was related to recent cucumber recalls. It became tolerable after taking some activated charcoal but lasted for about 24 hours. I am not sure if that had anything to do with the juices arriving pretty defrosted, but I was told that as long as there was ice, I was in the clear so I doubt that was the problem. The other juices did not give me that issue so I don't know what happened. Additionally I found that the link I was emailed for the stay skinny method deactivated after about a week which was a little strange considering it was key to continuing to follow the guidelines after finishing the cleanse.”
“I am halfway through the 5 days cleanse. The 6 juices per day are enough and I have saved some to do a half day at the end of this. I am not hungry at all and when I am, there is plenty of juice. The most uncomfortable is the headaches. But they are better today, day 4, and I have also decided to wean myself off of the coffee and that is probably the culprit. Day 4 i feel great, more energy and I have lost 6 pounds already. I don't feel like I am missing out on anything other than habitual social eating. which made me realize that we eat just to eat and not necessarily when we are hungry. I am plant based already but this will kick start the processed foods out of my diet. I actually can't wait to do it again! This will become a part of my health journey.”
