“I followed the guidelines 7 days. It was interrupted by a date day with my husband and we decided we’d both have a cheat day. I found that I didn’t over indulge or go crazy. I didn’t over eat because of the new habits I was forming from my cleanse the previous 7 days. I didn’t want to completely loose the progress I made.
That being said I have maintained a 10 pound weight loss (my cheat day turned into two cheat days but again I didn’t over indulge or stuff myself with junk food it was more I had a little butter and dairy with my potato and leftover steak from my date night)!
I feel better, I noticed my sleep was better. My PMS was dramatically decreased. I didn’t wake up tired. I feel my whole system is healing itself.
I have bought the green routine to continue healthy habits and the meal replacement pack. I also got the rainbow sippers for my children because seeing me drink my juice made them want it. Fingers crossed this is a new way of life for us.
Get this if you’re thinking about it. It’s great especially after a cleanse. All the info you get with recipes is awesome in forming new eating habits for a healthy body and mind. Even if you don’t end up following it 100% it helps you start to make better choices for the fuel you are using to keep your body going.
