“I completed a low sugar 3 day cleanse. I am an active person that also goes to the gym 6 days a week. I lost 2 lbs. They were good to start on a cleanse however, juicing may not be for me. I ended up with a 48 hour migraine that started early evening on my first day. I am now on the 7 day Stay Skinny method (currently on 5th day and I gained 1lb.) I am following their eating plan method, which I did notice was a lot of carbs so I hope I don’t gain more weight. It may work better for other people, but it’s not much effect for me. It was nice though that I cleansed my body from all the toxins from the 3 day cleanse.”
