“I think this is the best product out there for the money. I bought this one for myself, and another panel from another name brand company (rhymes with flatinum), and a light meter and measured the irradiance. I saw no appreciable difference in the irradiance output, but there is a considerable price difference in the panels. Recommend and would buy again. As far as RLT in general goes, it's legit. Everything touted appears to be true in my experience- better skin feel and appearance, more energy, better sleep. The primary reason I wanted one was for muscle recovery, which it definitely provides. I am not so sure about the increase muscle size but I've only been using for 3 weeks and I suspect that one takes time. I might also be genetically maxed out at this stage in my life so that benefit may never come. One ...pleasant?, but unexpected, "side effect" occurs fairly regularly when I am on my back too.”
