At the core of all FDF FluidROWERS is our patented Twin Tank technology, providing several distinct levels of Fluid Resistance regardless of the speed you row at. Our Twin Tank technology comprises the inner, passive (or holding) tank and the outer, active (or resistance) tank. When you select a high level, water will flow from the passive holding tank to the active resistance tank as you begin to exercise, and you will experience the smooth fluid resistance, no matter what your speed. Conversely, if you select a low level, the water will be transferred away from the active resistance tank and back into the passive holding tank, lowering the resistance. I love this rower, so much better than the metal and chain concept rowers at my old crossfit gym. Much smoother movement and I love the sound of the water.

This model is not only very functional and easy to put together but beautiful. I would suggest to anyone to at least get a mode that has the two rails very one - way more sturdy and only a little more money. The customization on this rower was also very surprising! I have told everyone about it! Best rower I’ve ever been on!

Our Viking Two Plus arrived in less than a week from ordering. It came with high quality hardware and took me about 25 mins to unbox and put together. I want to stress...it didn't come with cheap tools. Everything was well labeled and easy to follow. We got this to be able to workout from home during COVID and have loved the machine. It stands up nicely and has a small footprint, it's relatively quite, it's sturdy & well made, and it is a versatile machine. My wife does a little hiit circuit on it and gives it 10/10. I've done sprints, longer rows, and other bodyweight exercises using the seat to provide some instability. Try doing a set of pistol squats, or ab rollouts using the seat as your base and this rower makes you feel the burn all over. Nothing bad to say about the machine or our experience with RforA. Thanks for delivering so quickly during this season!

Really enjoying this machine. I’m 52 with both sore knees from past surguries and a herniated disc in my lower lumbar. Running is not an option. Every morning I wake up with leg pain from pinched nerves in my back. Have had this machine about 2 weeks and I can feel my leg strength improving without any knee pain. My lower back and leg pain is beginning to decrease. I think the machine does wonders for stretching my back while strengthening my core. Right now I can row only 500m without getting winded but I’m improving. Machine fits me well as I’m 5’10” and about 220 lbs. only complaint I have are that the feet are placed very close together but I’m getting used to it. Highly recommend for anyone needing a low impact workout. Assembly was a breeze. Love the sound of the water.
