“I have a collection of stainless steel flasks that I use for walking, seakayak, SUP and camping trips. Most of them are terrible at keeping contents hot. My previous best flask has suffered from exposure to salt water and corrosion has created a sharp edge on a bottom seam. It was clearly going to catch on the netting of my Red deck bag hence this recent purchase. The Red bottle really is effective at keeping the contents hot even during the recent cold winter weather on the deck of a SUP. I also really like the cold drink spout with lanyard attachment. The “hot” cap also has a lanyard loop but this means the flask does not have a screw on cup like conventional flasks so you will need to take a light plastic cup along too for hot drinks. The flask is very smooth and slips easily in and out of the deck bag net. Unlike my previous flask it is made of marine grade stainless steel so I do not expect a repeat corrosion problem. It might only be a flask but it scores 11/10!”

“The bottle is light to carry and it does exactly what it says: it keeps my hot drink hot. After a day's hiking I don't have to put on the kettle when I get home: the tea inside the bottle is still piping hot. It was not easy to find the right product until I came across the Red Original website.”
