“The material and lectures were fine although the actual lab environment hosted at sin.panwlabs.net was horrible. There was a ton of latency and lag while trying to work through the lab environment. This made troubleshooting mistakes and completing the labs a very daunting task. Please find a way to improve the lab environment as this makes the lab experience very unpleasant.”

“I went into the class not knowing anything about firewalls and was apprehensive to touch any of our hardware. Not knowing where to start in order to get familiar, this class took the fear away. I'm still not ready to jump in and make changes but I now know more about the Palo Alto and its capabilities. I'm ready to start getting more involved. There was lots of information to cover in the week but with the use of the labs, it was much easier to follow and understand.”

“The course got me familiar with all the capabilities of the Palo Alto. The labs got me to actually try different commands and options. Dan did a great job keeping us engaged with his comments and laughter. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful with the labs and troubleshooting showing us how to navigate the Palo Alto when trying to figure out our issues as we did the required tasks.”
