“As a fresh trainee who recently completed the Firewall Essentials: Configuration and Management (EDU-210) course, I've got to say, this course is a game-changer for anyone looking to break into the world of network security. I came in with some basic networking knowledge but was a little intimidated by the prospect of configuring and managing a real firewall. The EDU-210 course demystified the complexities surrounding firewalls and Palo Alto Networks' architecture. The instructors were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, walking us through the basics before diving into the nitty-gritty of configuration and policy management. I especially appreciated the hands-on labs, which allowed me to play around with real Palo Alto configurations in a safe, virtual environment. It's one thing to learn concepts in theory; it's another to actually implement them yourself! The modules on threat prevention and VPNs were eye-opening. I had always heard these terms thrown around in technical discussions but didn't fully grasp what they entailed until I got to configure them myself during the course. I found the section on App-ID and User-ID especially interesting; the level of control and visibility it offers is nothing short of remarkable. That said, the course is jam-packed with information, so it can feel overwhelming at times. I would have appreciated a bit more time to digest some of the more complex topics. Still, the course materials and supplementary resources were excellent, providing a lot of opportunities for further study and clarification. All in all, I'd highly recommend EDU-210 to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of firewalls and network security. It's a solid investment in your professional development and a great stepping stone to more advanced topics. I'm walking away with a newfound confidence in my ability to configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, and I couldn't be more excited to put these skills to use in my career.”

“Good training. Loved the labs and wished the labs were still available after training finished.”

“A very good for anyone aspiring to get into Palo Alto firewalls. There are additional appendixes on High-Availability, VPN and Zone Protection, which are very useful for the ones with intermediate experience on the technology. Hon Ming (Jackie) ran the training, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. A very knowledgeable guy with a great sense of humor who keeps the sessions very interactive.”
