“Course was okay, not a 5 star. Instructor was helpful and knowledgable. Course material...Coming from an environment using Site Admin v6, and now using v10, Putty, System Management Interface & Aura System Mgr was a bit different. The material touched areas that I believe most won't be involved with unless they are a true Avaya Admin. The labs are meant to deliver and enforce what the exercise taught. I felt that students were reading the lab and it was mostly a read, click and finish. Not really enfocring the exercise. Also labs were done in teams, but only one member had control. The other person sat on a share screen watching. Did I get good info from the course...Yes. Is this a course I could recommend to someone who has not a lot of PBX experience...No I've had other voice classes from Rolm/Siemens/Rockwell, Mitel, etc... Totally geared differently than this course. Overall 3 out of 5. thanks”

While we aim to cater to a wide range of experience levels, we understand that a more tailored approach might be needed for students with different backgrounds; sometimes, it's difficult to cater to everyone's expectations and it can be a challenge.
