“I apologize to Amazon and the Vendor for my earlier review. As things go I wrote my review yesterday and today I received the missing item in the mail. The vender did in fact respond to my email - the product itself is very good - it does tweeze fine hair very well. You do have to get the RE-H0CT-SAFGs right at the tip for extra fine hair - I am hoping that the precision of these tweezers does not diminish over time - as tweezers go these are very good - the nice thing is you dont have to buy several pairs before you fine one that works ( like you do when you buy tweezers at the drug store). Also this vendor stands behind their product -so if you were to get a lemon they will take care of you - I am still waiting for a return envelope to send one of the slants tweezers back. In the end I am very happy with this purchase and recommend this product to others.”
